Here is how we bring your ideas to life

1. Design & Requirements

Send us your design, tech pack, or ideas. We will confirm all details to ensure your sweater meets your expectations.

2. Sample Production

After details are confirmed, we develop samples within 7–8 working days. Samples will be photographed and sent to you for approval via DHL/UPS.

3. Mass Production

Once samples are approved, we start bulk production with our full production line. We keep you updated on production progress.

4. Quality Inspection

Our QC team performs strict checks on materials, craftsmanship, sewing, ironing, and packaging to guarantee consistent quality.

5. Timely Delivery

Production is completed before the agreed shipping date. Goods are delivered promptly after balance payment.

6. After-sales Service

We provide full after-sales support and resolve any issues after delivery.
