      A: Our standard MOQ for custom knitwear is 100 pieces per design. We support flexible MOQ adjustments for different styles and yarns, and welcome small-batch orders for startups. Please contact us for details.<\/p>\n

        A: We offer paid sample services. The sample fee will be fully refunded once you place a formal bulk order, to support your brand development.<\/p>\n

        1. Q: How can I get a sample? \/ Can I get a sample before placing an order?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          A: Yes. After confirming your design, tech pack and requirements, we will develop the sample within 7-8 working days. Sample photos will be sent for your approval, and physical samples can be shipped via DHL\/UPS at your cost.<\/p>\n

          1. Q: Can we print our own brand or logo on your products? \/ Can I have my private label on the sweaters?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            A: Absolutely. We support full custom branding, including logo embroidery\/printing, private labels, hangtags and custom packaging, to match your brand identity.<\/p>\n

            1. Q: How long is your sample lead time and production lead time?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              A: Sample lead time is 7-8 working days after design confirmation. Mass production lead time is 25-35 working days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and style complexity.<\/p>\n

              1. Q: Why do some goods have a difference between website pictures and practical items?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                A: Minor differences in color and texture may occur due to screen display settings, yarn dyeing batches and manual craftsmanship. We will send pre-production samples for your confirmation to ensure consistency.<\/p>\n

                  A: Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, destination country and shipping method (express, sea\/air freight). We will provide the exact cost and shipping options once your order is confirmed.<\/p>\n
